The CG-6 Autograv™ is the next generation land gravity meter combining a modern, intuitive user interface with our renowned quartz sensor technology housed in a rugged yet lightweight enclosure. The new CG-6 offers fast, reliable and precise gravity measurements and includes an array of mapping and post processing functionality using the optional tablet computer that comes with our new Lynx LG software conveniently installed.

Key Features
- Lighter and More Compact: The CG-6 has a 35% weight reduction, weighing 5.5 kg (12 lbs) with batteries, and a 32% height reduction compared to the CG-5, making it more portable and less susceptible to wind (p. 3). The re-engineered tripod is also 40% lighter and 25% stronger (p. 3).
- Enhanced Performance: The meter features a robust fused-quartz sensor with reduced long-term drift and faster warm-up and stabilization times (p. 3). It has a reading resolution of 0.1 microGal and a standard deviation of less than 5 microGal (pp. 1-2).
- Intuitive User Experience: It includes an intuitive on-board interface with a backlit display, a simplified leveling system, and 4 GB of mass storage (pp. 1-2). It is dust-proof and water-resistant for all-weather operation between -40°C and +45°C (pp. 1-2).
- Advanced Connectivity: The CG-6 has an on-board GPS receiver, Bluetooth, and USB connectivity for easy data transfer and touch-free operation with an optional handheld tablet (pp. 1-2). The optional tablet comes with Lynx LG Land Gravity Software, which allows for remote control, real-time position maps, and in-field Bouguer mapping (p. 3).
- Automated Corrections: The system automatically corrects for tides, instrument tilt, temperature, and drift, and it includes filters for noisy samples and seismic noise (pp. 1-2).
